Hi my name is Alison and my husband and I are expecting our first child. We decided that we wanted to capture the beauty, joy, love, and excitement from our first pregnancy through photography. We wanted to be able to look back on these special moments and memories throughout our lives. We had been interviewing photographers and just could not find the right fit, we weren't clicking and it quickly became apparent to us that we were simply just going to be another dollar sign for almost all of these photographers. At this point we decided we were going to try and take some of our own photos and well to say the least that didn't work very well!!! At this point we decided to just take photos of my tummy as it grew and cute selfies together with a baby bump.
About two weeks later a good friend of ours mentioned she had seen Kimberly's website and insisted we talk to her and meet with her at her studio. Although we were very optimistic we went looking for that connection, and sure enough we found it! We were so relieved and happy! Kimberly took the time to explain everything that would happen during the shoot, asked what style of photography we were looking for, explained her policies and at the very end the packages. We clicked instantly and paid our deposit right away to have our photo-shoot. She followed up with us prior to our photo-shoot and answered every single question that I had right down to helping me pick out outfits. She is absolutely divine, kind, motivating, and fun! She has a professional make up artist and hair stylist at the shoot to do my hair, Make Up by Sasha, and Sasha did an incredible job! Throughout the shoot she was able to make my husband and I feel very comfortable for intimate photos, and of course the playful ones as well. She talked us through how to position ourselves to capture the best shot possible! We were in the studio as well as outside the studio and at every single moment she was professional, fun, engaging, and diligent in capturing the love, excitement, joy, and passion we were feeling. She made our first pregnancy photo shoot incredible. All of our photo ideas that we specifically asked for were shot to suite my husband and I, and of course our precious baby bump! Through every single image she shot, you could see and feel her passion to make this day amazing for us. We received our photos within a week and were able to go through the ample shots taken. We were more than ecstatic with the quality of the images and the number of photos she edited for us to choose from. Thank you so much Kimberly we are going to refer every one that we know to you so that they can have the experience that we did!!! You are an amazing photographer and we feel so lucky to have met you, and to have had you capture our first pregnancy!

My Daughter was is today for pictures. I just cant tell you how happy I was when I picked her up. I just heard wonderful things about the time spent there. All I hear now is mom please cant we look at her pictures she does such good work.

I recently had a boudoir session with Kimberly, it was an amazing experience! The hair and makeup was beautiful, I felt so pretty, sexy and confident! I was a little nervous about the photo shoot itself, but Kimberly did a great job of putting me at ease! My only complaint was that the shoot couldn't go all day, I was having so much fun! I love my pictures and the calendar, Kimberly was a real pro! I actually thought about taking pictures on my own to save money, but I am so glad I did this, I could never have come up with the quality she did!! Worth every penny!!!! Kimberly will definitely be our new family photographer!!!

"I have always loved the classic look of boudoir shoots, and I never really imagined myself in one. I don’t really know why I decided to finally message Kimberly but after a few months of seeing a friend of mine’s photos done by Kimberly pop up on my news feed I inquired. Just the idea of messaging her made me nervous. I am a fairly confident woman but I would never have said I was “sexy”. If anything that word made me cringe a little bit, especially associating myself with the term. When I walked into Kimberly’s studio I was so nervous and scared that I wasn't going to do it right, what if I look silly, what if… what if… but there was such a good energy in there that I started to feel comfortable very quick. Kim and her make-up artist Sasha were so full of positive energy that it was impossible to not loosen up. On a day to day basis I rarely wear make-up and if I do it’s very minimal. When I looked in the mirror after Sasha was finished I was so amazed that I was even looking at myself. I felt so beautiful. The photography session itself was so much fun, and went by so quick. At first I felt a little awkward being that I was half naked in front of someone I had just met, AND she was holding a camera… but it didn’t take long before I felt fully comfortable and I couldn't believe it… I felt sexy! I remember telling Kim at one point “I have no idea how to be sexy.” She pointed at herself and she said “that’s my job.” She was so good at making me feel comfortable, and that I was doing “it” right! I would recommend this kind of thing to ANY woman that is looking for a confidence booster. The session itself was enough for me to see something in myself I maybe didn't realize I had before. But nothing compared to when I saw the very first picture of myself. It was totally different than looking in a mirror, I couldn't deny that I saw a beautiful, classy AND sexy woman in front of me. I cannot wait to see the rest of my photos and I thank Kimberly and her team so much for this experience and for helping me see myself in a new light!"
Photographers are random people that capture our moments in life that can never be replaced. In the beginning, I was able to fall in love with Kimberly’s passion through her website and without meeting her yet; she showed so much interest that you feel like you’re her only client. During our initial meeting, she was excited to explain everything in great detail and continued to answer all my questions. Even started a Pinterest wall with her so she could see my ideas. Her bubbly personality is very admirable. Kimberly and her hair/makeup artist, Sasha were extremely accompanying as I had to reschedule many times. Being pampered was a great touch as we usually don’t take time for ourselves. I have never taken boudoir photos but its incredible how Kimberly made me feel comfortable and showed me so much respect especially when I was extremely nervous. Due to the rain, we were able to do family photos inside the studio! I was very surprised to see that she was able to capture moments with my busy 21 month daughter. Extreme patience for sure!!! She went out of her way and schedule time outside the next day. Her talent with making all her own dresses and props felt like I was a little girl playing dress-up. So much fun!! The moments she has captured for my family have been incredible and certainly priceless. I most definitely will be using her passion for photography with hospital and newborn pictures. Amazing how someone can enter your life, and become a friend in such a short time.

This summer I was lucky enough to work with Kimberly for both my maternity and newborn photos. If Kimberly wasn't a life long friend I don't think I would have considered either set of photos but I'm so glad I did because they turned out beautifully. She's incredibly easy to work with and is great at answering any questions in a timely manner. She was wonderful with my newborn daughter. Heck, as a first time mom, she was even better at calming my baby than I was! I would highly recommend a photo shoot with Kimberly A. Photography
